To support you while still keeping our fulfillment process efficient, we’ve created a clear and simple policy that balances flexibility with fast order processing.

Once an order is submitted, our team immediately begins preparing it. Many items move quickly through early processing stages, and in some cases materials are allocated right away. Because of this, we’ve established a dedicated adjustment window that protects both accuracy and efficiency for all customers.

We offer a 12-hour grace period starting from the moment your order is confirmed. Within this window, you may request a cancellation or modification. This allows you to make quick corrections while ensuring our team can stay on schedule with production and fulfillment.

Free cancellation or modification is available during this 12-hour timeframe. Our support team can help with:

• Updating or correcting the shipping address, provided the order hasn’t been transferred to fulfillment yet.
• Adjusting product selections, including size, color, or quantity (based on current stock availability).
• Cancelling your entire order before official processing begins.

The timestamp on your email or support ticket determines whether your request falls within the 12-hour window. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Once the cutoff has passed, your order moves into production or fulfillment and can no longer be changed.

After the 12-hour window closes, the order moves into the next processing phase, which may include:

• Material allocation
• Placement into production or customization queue
• Packaging and shipping label creation

At this point, cancellations and modifications are no longer available. These limitations help us maintain quick turnaround times and avoid disruptions to our workflow.

If a request is submitted after the cutoff and the order proceeds to shipment, the sale is considered final. Customers may still request a return or exchange after delivery, following the guidelines in our separate Return & Refund Policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details entered at checkout are accurate. This includes:

• Correct street name and house number
• Apartment, suite, or unit information
• Accurate city, state, and ZIP code

Even small errors—such as a missing unit number—can result in undeliverable packages.

Jaketheshank is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect, or improperly formatted addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before sending the package again.

If the carrier cannot return the package and it becomes lost due to an incorrect customer-provided address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Once a package has been labeled and handed over to the shipping carrier, Jaketheshank can no longer alter the delivery address. Any changes must be handled directly with the carrier—such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx—and may be subject to their own policies or fees.
